All the operations are carried out under strict supervision by the floor supervisor to ensure efficiency at every stage of the manufacturing process. While processing at each stage, the Quality Control Technician will check the bags' strength, size, thickness & Sealing to ensure the finished product quality.
QUALITY CHECK
The height of the bag is measured for accuracy manually and as well as checked by the machine itself on an automatic basis while feeding itself
The sealing strength of the bag is checked manually.
